Larval stages could be divided into four stages: nauplius, protozea, zoea and postlarva.

孵化后5～7龄仔鱼基本上依靠摄食中的桡足类无节幼、桡足幼和多毛类担轮幼,但还摄食少量的颗粒有机碎屑。
